ISR Scholarship Program
At the Emily Marie Bivens Memorial Foundation, we are honored to launch a new initiative through Cullen’s Corner — one created with love, purpose, and a deep commitment to protecting children.
Cullen’s Corner was created to honor Cullen’s life by supporting and enriching the lives of children through meaningful opportunities and experiences. While so much of our foundation reflects the joy and passions Emily carried throughout her life, this initiative also allows us to honor Cullen in a deeply personal way by helping families access life-saving swim instruction for their young children.
Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death for children ages one to four. It is a devastating and often preventable tragedy that changes families forever. Through this scholarship program, we hope to help protect more children, raise awareness about water safety, and remove financial barriers that may prevent families from enrolling in swim lessons.
Our Cullen’s Corner ISR Scholarship Program provides full and partial scholarships for families seeking Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) lessons for their children. By helping make these lessons more accessible, we hope to give parents greater peace of mind and children important survival skills that could one day save their lives.
We invite you to join us in making a difference. Whether through donations, sponsorships, or simply sharing our mission, your support helps us continue creating something meaningful in Cullen’s memory while working to keep more children safe.
Together, we can honor Cullen by helping protect the lives of others.
